Lorna Soar has over 25 years experience working with architects, designers and manufacturers in the construction industry.

In 1981 she studied a degree for Technical & Scientific Illustration. In 1983 she worked for a number of different advertising & design studios in Cambridge, working first as an illustrator then as a graphic designer and finally as a studio manager, before forming her own company in 1987, to concentrate on corporate identity and brochure/book design for architects. She has won a number of prestigious McNaughton paper awards for design & print management. During this time she managed an architectural photographic library networking with media around the world.

In the 1990’s her work expanded to include more research and targeted marketing campaigns for a broader client base within the built environment. Including product launches and introducing international manufacturers to the UK; devising and implementing advertising, PR and marketing strategies. Her work also includes events, seminars and curating exhibitions.
